Not only is it the kind of object you don't mind being caught in the act using as it looks so good, but has the best performance. Gliding like a hovercraft over all types floors with no damage to surfaces, and with a 15 foot hose, its ideal for quick and easy all round vacuuming, with the strongest suction around! I have a canister that gets stuck on furniture as I make a turn. I hate them. I tried you unit and like I said, it is like a puppy following you around. There are no wheels to jam up on the cord, the unit hovers by you, so no pulling is needed and I love the attachments hooking to the extension wand. After three years of enjoying my Airider, someone broke the "wand" and to avoid hoovering on my knees asked if it were possible to purchase a new wand, rather than entire Airider. One email later, the wand appeared by magic - no questions asked.</p><p>Excellent and friendly customer service - really pleased with everything - thank you!</p><p>We enjoy using our Airder. It is very easy to manage and has great suction power for those items that are deep down hard to get. Having the vaccum ride on air, makes it easy to pull around effortlessly.</p><p>Attachments are easily swapped and with the extended hose inside a hose...it sure makes it easy for doing stairs. My fears disappeared the first time I used it. Ive always preferred canister cleaners because they are generally lighter and more maneuverable than uprights, and the Airider takes maneuverability to a whole new level. But I really wasnt surprised at how effortlessly it floats across the my floors and rugs. After all, thats what makes the Airider unique and why I bought it. </p><p>What really impressed me was how powerful a cleaner it is. Vacuum cleaner manufacturers seem to use different specs to measure the power of their products, making it difficult to do comparisons. So when the Airider specs talk about 200 mph airflow, it was just another number to me. But when I saw how much suction the Airider produced, I realized that the Airider was the real deal, an extremely powerful vacuum cleaner that was able to pick up dirt and debris as good if not better than any vacuum cleaner I have ever owned. The hose within a hose is also a very nice feature. The Airider allows me to extend the hose when I need the extra length, and then retract it so it does not interfere with my normal vacuuming. </p><p>One final note. My next door neighbor dropped by and saw the vacuum cleaner sitting in my dining room. She noticed it didnt have any wheels. I told her to plug it in. The next thing you know shes vacuumed both my living and dining rooms. Shes also asked to borrow it, but I told her Im not emotionally ready to part with it quite yet.</p><p></p><p>Eddie Davis</p><p>1851 Hayes St.</p><br /> <p>We recently had 1200 ft of hardwood refinished in our house. Part of our strategy to keep the floors scuff free was to buy an Airider which floats 1/8 of an inch above the floor without wheels.</p><p>This is a light weight vacuum with lots of suction.We are totally happy with its quality of construction, ease of use and its unique ability to float. (The floating is an asset since it doesn't take any energy to pull the vacuum while vacuuming. Nor is it a hindrance: it doesn't float away!). It's light, easy to handle, picks up dirt on floors and everywhere with beautifully designed accessories. It's so easy to store due to it's light and compact design. We love the no bag mess and it's a breeze to clean. We have owned about 4 high priced vacuums in the past 16 years and this is the best one by far. The hovering design also makes it so easy to move around on all kinds of flooring. I hoped it would be ideal for me as I have suffered pain in my neck after an operation 2 years ago. I was sure that using my old vacuum cleaner was exacerbating the problem and have been proved right. Your vacuum cleaner is so light to pull around as well as cleaning very well.</p><p>I must also mention the wonderful customer service I have received. Even when it was my fault and I dropped the hose on a hard surface, Customer Services (Jim, I think) kindly and efficiently sent me a new hose free of charge the next day!
